These terms apply to this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

This site is operated by Xigaza xa ma2k Entertainment (Pty) Ltd, trading as XX2K Entertainment (registration number 2025/250370/07), a company registered in South Africa. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean that company.

What this site is for

This is an information site. It exists to share our artists, our music, our events and how to reach us for bookings. It is not a shop, it does not take payments, and it does not create accounts.

Content and intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the music, recordings, photographs, video, artwork, logos and the XX2K, Xigaza Xama 2K and Xigaza xa ma2k names in any spelling or styling, belongs to us or to the artists and photographers we work with, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may not, without our written permission:

Copy, download, re-upload or redistribute our recordings, video or photographs
Use our name, logo or artwork to promote anything of your own
Use anything from this site commercially, or present it as your own work
Use our material to train or fine-tune an artificial intelligence model

Bookings and enquiries

The contact details on this site are for genuine booking and business enquiries. Sending us an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it with you in writing and any agreed deposit terms have been met.

Events and tickets

Tickets are sold through Computicket, not through this site. When you buy a ticket you are entering into a transaction with Computicket, governed by their terms and their refund and exchange rules. Any query about a payment, a booking fee or a refund needs to go to them, not to us.

Event details published here, including line-ups, times, venues and prices, are correct as far as we know at the time of publishing. Line-ups and running order can change, and events can be moved or cancelled for reasons outside our control, such as weather, venue issues or an artist being unable to perform. Where that happens we will publish an update as soon as we can. Entry to any event is also subject to the venue's own rules and any age restriction that applies.

Links to other sites

This site links to platforms we do not control, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and Computicket. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their terms, and following a link means that site's own rules apply.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or free of interruption. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information published on it, or from any event or third party service that is linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, to disrupt it for other people, or to harvest content from it automatically at a scale that interferes with normal use.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date near the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always lives at this address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
